This is my quilting and sewing blog to share my projects and the fun engaged in making them.

Patchwork is not very popular in Bulgaria and when I started my patchwork experiments I found no patchwork makers here. Almost 10 years later more and more women are trying to make patchwork and they do it really great.

I will share my own projects, the products we make in the studio and other great patchwork and gifts ideas I come across here.

Domoshar Quilt & Patchwork Studio was found in 2004. It was the result of my love to patchwork and gifts. Making patchwork and making presents, packing and giving presents are some of my favorite activities and I decided to make them a business.

In March 2008 the online Domoshar Gift Boutique was opened.

It is currently /and temporarily/ on hold as I am working on my etsy shop now.

It is called Boutique because all the items in it are hand made and either unique or crafted in limited quantities /less than 20 pieces per design/.

My studio is located in Varna, Bulgaria – a beautiful town on the Black Sea coast. All Domoshar items are made in Varna by me.

Feeling strange about the “we”? It is my artistic endeavor and my crafting business, but it would not be possible without my family support and love, so it is “we”.

Make sure you have a look at my newest and most ambitious project so far too – The crafting portal! I came up with the idea few month ago we put it all together quickly and as soon as my devoted programmer solves one minor final issue will make it really move. We currently offer members’ blogs and forum so it is a nice to place for sharing your creations and networking. We will also add selling features soon.
