Doll Quilt Swap - in the Pre-choosing Stage Yet

At this point of my schedule, with no hope for personal quilting time in the next week or so, I am absolutely happy that my partner has no idea that I have not started yet.

The good news: I am about to choose the design and maybe the colors and fabrics. But my current idea may change a bit till the time I actually place my hands on the swap quilt. I have already changed the color scheme several times, from prints, to specter, than blues and greens and then orange and pink…

But do not bet on black and white! It seems the next option as I am shifting the idea in such unexpected ways But black & white is not an option - this is absolutely clear! I adore colors and usually consider B&W as lack of color.

Some little bits and pieces of the plan and fabrics will follow next week hopefully.

PS If you are making a quilt for me and it happens to be black and white… chances are it will be my favorite quilts ;).So do not worry and carry on. I just do not tend to use these colors myself, but if it is made by someone else it is a different story. But if you are to make a quilt for me in the future - I love colors so please feel free to use any colors that you like!
