The One Year Blogging Giveaway Revealed :)

Here is a glimpse of the pile. It is not a huge one and buttons to be included will be surprise, but it will be nicely wrapped and you will get 4 coasters, 3 fat quarters and a lovely lets say fat eight piece, plus the secret buttons.

All fabrics are new and pre-washed /I am not used to storing anything before pre-washing/, all 100% fine Bulgaria cotton, in three prints – flowers, paisley and stripes. I think pieces are slightly over the fat quarter size. They are all cut by me  and my scissors so might be a little bit wonky.

Coasters are made by me. Finished today! They are so simple, but I hope you will like the splash of colour they add to your favorite cup of tea/coffee. Backed with bright aqua.

More pictures to be published later as I am in a hurry now.

To enter the giveaway please tell me: How do you decide your stash is enough /no matter if it is yarn, fabric, trims, etc./? Is there something like sufficient stash, actually?
The give away will be open for a week – till the end of the week. Good luck!

Edited to add three more pictures. All being taken in a gray afternoon, colours are not shown properly. The actual colours are bright.

The big flower print is the fat eight or so piece.

I guess the only time my stash would be enough is if I ran out of room to put any more. I can’t imagine that day! Your giveaway looks great.

What a lovely giveaway! Thank you for th eopportunity!
Sufficient stash is when I run out of $$$. Hehe. but that would be impossible as I would probably take up a part time job to fulfil my addiction (I am a student)
So, no – I don’t think there is such thing as sufficient stash!

My stash is sufficient when I feel guilty about buying fabric .

I’m not sure about where to comment. But definately she who has the biggest stash wins. Besides, make a diverse range of things that I stash fabrics, laces, threads (embroidery (hand and machine), basic sewing, hand quilting), buttons, felt…. Because one of these days all the ideas will be completed.

Every once in a while, I feel that my stash is ahead of me. Then I quit buying fabric for a while and make an effort to use what I have. Restraint will sometimes last for a month or so. Broke down last week and ordered more!

I don’t know if there really is a sufficient stash – unless you are buying and buying and not making use of any of your stash(just hoarding).

Sometimes you need to add to your stash to give you inspiration and motivation to craft. But I do believe, that once a year or so, one needs to de-stash and giveaway/swap/trade. Tastes and trends come and go.

I’ve been building my stash more than using it in the last month!
