I started a wordpress.com blog, and after a few months incorporated it into my own site, I spent some time learning the essentials of blog maintenance and upgrading… It was a long journey on all the technical aspects. But I love and enjoy the creative and social aspects of blogging so much! Thank you for visiting me here, for the comments you have left here and for the inspiration I found on your blogs!

I met great people, talented quilters, great mothers and creative women, joined my first swap /followed but more swaps /, organized my first giveaway for my 100th post… joined the first International Stash Busting Giveaway Katy came up with /yes, I think it is one of many/… I opened my online boutique in February 2008 too and I registered an Etsy shop /May 2008/ and I am about to open it pretty soon /it is high time!/… we started a crafting social community online portal a couple of months ago /Dec. 2008/…. Reached 200 posts /2009/….we are about to launch sales on the portal…

Isn’t it great for a year!? It is time to celebrate! And I will. And will organize a giveaway next week. I have to come up with an idea what to offer first and send the fabrics for the The Great giveaway so stay tuned.
