I have been an active knitter for a year. And by "active" I mean almost 20 projects knitted  - all small and fast but still 20, so I am officially knitting. LOL! I started with worsted yarn, and though I will never move to cobweb... so impractical and so slow... You know - never say "never"! I got my first lace weight yarn last week. It is Angel Lace one ply alpaca-cashmere-silk blend and is so thin - 1200m in 100g. I must be crazy... But I am happy! This yarn is one of the The Natural Dye Studio creations. Lovely yarn! It is not wisteria colourway. Stardust! How lovely this name is!

Shawls - my summer knits, and the latest one, the way it looked a week ago. When I was away for a short vacation last week, I was knitting a lot. Every day is a lot! LOL I was about to finish a shawl, but I needed some 3 m of yarn so I will need to buy now. I was about to finish a a second one, but it turned out, I need some 100 more meters to finish it... So I started a new one and it is now growing. This week was too hot to go shopping for yarn, so I will put all knitting on hold  tomorrow as the yarn for the 3rd shawl will be over later today...
