Here are the newest additions to my stash. All bought this week and all bought to replaced fabrics I have already cut and got sewn into something. Big plans - expect them all getting sewn into new things this month. Hopefully they will in the next weeks. The first Sunday stash this year is number 40 + 1. Seems a good reason to keep posting every week and counting the week and not skipping posts like last year. New Year resolutions... LOL

It is romantic. subtle, bold and colourful at the same time. Love the lines, the delicate palette of gentle contrasts and it feels great as a fabric - dense but light-weight. I used it for the back of one quilt and wonder if will make a nice top too...

These are some of the latest additions to my stash. Bought last week as I could not stand it. These are the latest pints of one of my favorite Bulgarian fabric manufacturers. I wish they came with the whole list of complementary prints quilting world is used too, but as far as I know they are not. Or maybe not yet... Hope they will add something to these two soon. The fabrics are very light and crisp - lots of threads, little volume. I like this type of fabrics lately. I like the style of the brown-lilac one, but I have no idea yet what it will become... As for the blue one... it might go and join the Christmas sewing.. not too sure but feeling this way... There was some snow today in Sofia. This is Bulgarian capital - 5 hours drive away from here, but still so close... We are still waiting for the gypsy summer/was it Indian in the US? we call the late autumn summer days gypsy summer here / in November here by the sea... but it might not come as it is below 10 C now...
