Knitting for Christmas and finishing the second Christmas gift, I realized I have not showed my first shawl here. So here are some pictures of the shawl I knitted almost a year - knitted one skein end of winter 2009 and not able to find more yarn
till November, than finished it in a few evenings. It is the first thing I ever blocked too!
The two additional skeins are a little darker as eco wool - yes, it is pure wool - varies a lot in colour and these were quite spaced in time...
Recently I knitted a
similar shawl for Mom. And see more shawls to join them in the future too. Knitting this one was so rewarding, that I started another similar one to0.
